Mrs. Aversano began her career in the transportation and relocation industry in 1981 when she joined a commercial moving company in New York City as an Office Manager. As Mrs. Aversano’s knowledge and experience of the business grew, so did her realm of responsibilities. She has worked consistently in various positions in the relocation industry, eventually working her way up to Vice President of National Account Sales for Armstrong Relocation in 2009. Mrs. Aversano was responsible for growing their Household Goods, Office and Industrial, International, Logistics, Local and COD business lines. She was able to grow their operation into United van Lines “Top 20 Booker” ranks with one of the highest sales and performance in the industry.

In 2014, Mrs. Aversano decided to start her own business venture, creating Strategic Logistics & Relocation Solutions, Inc. where she holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and President. With Mrs. Aversano’s entrepreneurial style, hard-driving work ethic and years of experience in building successful businesses from the ground up- there was no doubt her company would be a resounding success.

As the CEO and president of SLRS, Sally is responsible for the long-term health and direction of the company. While she spends a great deal of her time delegating and directing agendas, driving profitability, and managing company organizational structure and strategy- she is also incredibly down to earth and involved with customer relations and assisting with all projects. Mrs. Aversano creates a family atmosphere with both her employees and her clients. She clearly loves her company and works incredibly hard to make sure each job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction. She stays involved in the day-to-day operations and works closely with each employee to be sure everyone has what they need to make SLRS succeed!
